The Recreational Program offers dance courses for all ages, once, twice or three times per week. These courses help students develop their musicality and movement abilities, personal discipline, group work skills and creativity.
In this introductory dance class, young children, accompanied and supported by a parent, discover movement, space and music in a fun learning atmosphere. Participants develop their listening skills and learn to follow instructions and work in a group.
This class encourages children to explore the many movement possibilities of their bodies. They learn to identify directions, levels and different qualities of movement and spatial awareness. Participants also do rhythmic exercises connected with movement. The focus in all the exercises is on developing creativity.
