Admission – Multidance Program
The Multidance Program is a dance-study program for secondary school students that explores a wide variety of dance styles, including contemporary dance, commercial dance, ballet, flamenco, street dance, and more. Combining discipline, creativity, and innovation, this training allows students to develop a high-level, versatile technique and a strong artistic identity. The audition is the first essential step in joining this high-level training program, allowing each young person to showcase their abilities, skills, and motivation.

Summer Intensive enables students to experience daily training at the École supérieure. Depending on the cycle, the schedule includes classes in contemporary dance, hip hop, flamenco, ballet, choreography, and health workshops, among other activities.
Summer Intensive is mandatory for all students enrolling in the Parcours multidanses of the professional program in 2026-2027.
Intermediate and Advanced Cycles (secondary)
5 mandatory weeks: June 29 to July 31, 2026
Only accepted candidates following the auditions are invited to participate in our Summer Intensive.

How do I apply?

Film yourself so that your entire body is visible, from head to toe.
- Reproduce the exercises in this ballet video.
- Film a video lasting no longer than two minutes: choreography or improvisation in the style(s) of your choice (contemporary, flamenco, commercial, street dance, hip hop, etc.).
Videos must be attached to the registration form using a hyperlink (YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, etc.).
No on-site registration. Space is limited!

Candidates will perform short dance sequences in different styles, allowing them to demonstrate their skills, expressiveness, and commitment. The purpose of this audition is to assess their versatility and potential for learning. It is not necessary to master all styles.
Outfit : To perform the various dance styles comfortably, please bring :
• Loose-fitting, comfortable sportswear, including pants and flexible sports shoes;
• As well as socks or dance shoes.
Schedule : The audition lasts approximately 2 hours. The invitation and schedule will be sent one week before the audition.
Latecomers will not be admitted, and parents may not attend the audition.
Jury : Composed of the artistic director and teachers of the École supérieure, the jury evaluates technique in a variety of dance styles, as well as coordination, flexibility, musicality, expressiveness, etc
Results Announcement : The results will be communicated by email after deliberation.
Upon confirmation of admission to the official curriculum, students must complete their registration with École supérieure de ballet du Québec and the Pensionnat du Saint-Nom de Marie (PSNM). The following fees include dance classes and workshops, artistic development, and student services (educational outings, library, sports medical expenses, performances, etc.) at the École supérieure.
Official curriculum(dance and academic studies): $5,770
Dance curriculum only: $8,185 (Canadian students) / $11,465 (international students)
Additional fees may apply for materials and certain activities during the year.
Academic courses are provided by our partner school, PSNM. Registration fees vary according to the student's status (Quebecer, Canadian or international) and are payable directly to our partner institution. > Details of admission fees to PSNM

Once enrolled, students will spend their mornings at the École supérieure and attend their academic classes in the afternoon.
The Multidance Program is part of École supérieure’s professional program. Like the Classical Dance Program, it focuses on the student’s holistic development—morphological, psychological, artistic, technical, and academic.
