Make way for budding artists with this active and creative dance, singing and theater camp for youngsters aged 6 to 12. Ideal for moving, dancing, expressing yourself and having fun!
July 2 to 12 (2 weeks)
Day camp: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Daycare available: 7:45 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
6 to 12 years (6 age groups)
Note: To ensure group homogeneity, we consider ages as of September 30, 2024. The 6-year-old group will include children entering their first year of primary school next September.
Every day, the young artists take several dance classes (ballet, hip hop, choreography) as well as a singing class and a drama class.

The summer camp of the recreational division of the École supérieure de ballet du Québec combines dance, singing and theater, giving young people the opportunity to expend their energy while developing their creativity. Dance classes (ballet, hip-hop and choreographic creation) offer a good balance between concentration and the pleasure of movement, while theater and singing allow participants to express themselves and expand their imaginations. These three artistic disciplines combine perfectly to help young people discover themselves, gain confidence and feel good about themselves at the end of the day. All classes are taught by professionals who are committed to giving children the best possible experience!
Whether you're looking to launch a career or just want to dance for the sheer pleasure of it, ballet has many benefits! Ballet is good for posture, body alignment, coordination, flexibility, balance, memory, concentration... and morale!
Equipment required
Dance outfit: leotard (sleeveless), tights, ballet shoes and sport shoes.
Comfortable clothing for other classes.
Reusable water bottle.
Cold lunches and snacks.
You may cancel your registration at any time under certain conditions. You will be charged a penalty only if your child has started attending camp. École supérieure de ballet du Québec's cancellation policy complies with Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.
There are no fees or penalties for cancelling before the start of camp, with the exception of the non-refundable service fee*.
You may cancel your registration during the day camp. In this case, you will be required to pay the cost of camp days up to the date of cancellation, plus a penalty equal to the lesser of $50 or 10% of the cost of the remaining camp value after cancellation.
