60 years of excellence to celebrate with you

In 2026, the École supérieure de ballet du Québec (ESBQ) will mark an important milestone: 60 years of training and teaching! For this anniversary year, we want to bring together the community of yesterday and today—students, parents, employees, partners, and friends of the École supérieure—around events and nods to our history, which will be revealed gradually over the coming months.

Corps de ballet: our annual show will take the form of a special edition, designed as an anniversary show.

Reunion: the extended family of the École supérieure (former students and employees) will be invited to a reunion event in the spring (date and details to be announced).

60 years of archives, 60 years of living memory: Throughout the year, the Bibliothèque de la danse Vincent-Warren will share photographic archives from the École supérieure de ballet du Québec in the form of themed albums.
