Élizabeth Migneron
Elizabeth Migneron holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and social work from the University of Ottawa, a certificate in social work, and a master's degree in educational psychology from Laval University, with a specialization in sports psychology. Her desire to promote the holistic development of the young athletes she coached inspired her to continue her studies to become a certified mental performance consultant with the Canadian Sport Psychology Association.
A high-level athlete herself, she has served as an assistant coach for Speed Skating Canada's national development team and was named head coach to accompany a group of athletes to the Youth Olympic Games in South Korea.
With a deep understanding of the demands and challenges faced by young people seeking to surpass themselves and excel, Elizabeth has made it her mission to help athletes develop and perform to their full potential while enjoying themselves and feeling good. She firmly believes that it is possible to achieve high-performance goals while developing holistically. Elizabeth works primarily with high school athletes in sports-study programs. She is convinced that developing mental skills at this age can help young people in many aspects of their adolescence. Creative and dynamic, her goal is for athletes to feel better understood and equipped to continue their progress after each meeting.
Her athlete-centered approach makes her a welcoming, attentive, and understanding consultant.
