Shany Bergeron-Roy

A social worker since 2019, Shany first explored several settings to familiarize herself with different realities and develop a comprehensive approach. She has worked in CLSCs, private medical clinics, the Northwest Territories, various art schools, community settings, and therapy centers.

Having been involved for several years with Quebec's major art schools, Shany is well aware of the realities and challenges that young artists may face. In addition to being part of the health team at the École supérieure de ballet, Shany also works at the École nationale de cirque and for the sexual violence hotline.

Throughout her career, Shany has developed in-depth knowledge of the impacts of intrafamilial dynamics, neuroatypies, sexual violence, various forms of addiction, and trauma.

Passionate about enriching encounters, she wants to create an open space for discussion, where people can relax and be themselves.
