Our Graduate Anja Fanslau Joins Cas Public

Originally from Squamish, British Columbia, Anja Fanslau has built an impressive career both nationally and internationally.

After training at the École supérieure de ballet du Québec, where she graduated in 2020, she gained diverse experience as an independent artist, working between Montréal and Vancouver.

She also continued her training and expanded her professional experience in Europe, notably through the Johan Inger Youth Project – Take Off Dance in Seville, Spain. Back in British Columbia, she continued her journey with a company in the province before going on to dance, among others, with Zemmour Ballet in Québec.

We are especially delighted to see Anja join Cas Public, the internationally renowned Québec-based company founded by choreographer Hélène Blackburn. This new chapter resonates deeply with the values that guide Anja in her practice: collaboration, exploration, sensitivity, compassion, and generosity.
