Job summary

Reporting to the Communications and Public Relations Department, the incumbent develops and implements an operational plan consistent with the School’s overall strategy. They work closely with a graphic designer, a photographer/videographer, and various team members to successfully carry out communication projects. They are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing and communication initiatives related to recruitment and the promotion of activities.

Main responsibilities

• Develop content strategies and ensure their dissemination on the École supérieure's social media and digital platforms.
• Deploy marketing campaigns focused on student recruitment locally, nationally and internationally.
• Develop marketing and promotional initiatives for professional and recreational programs, shows, activities and merchandising.
• Ensure the creation, layout and mailing of newsletters, as well as the updating of lists.
• Keep the website up to date and optimize content.
• Produce and adapt a variety of content (text, video montages, promotional materials) in collaboration with the team’s specialized staff.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports.

Profile required

Training and experience
• Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing or related field (any relevant combination of education and experience will be considered).
• 2 to 4 years' experience in a marketing or digital project coordination position.
• Perfect command of French (oral and written) and good knowledge of English.

Technical skills
• Excellent knowledge of social networks and digital tools (Office Suite, Google Drive, Google Analytics, mass mailing platforms).
• Excellent writing skills.
• Comfortable with Mac environment.

Assets
• Proficiency in video editing.
• Interest in dance and knowledge of the cultural or artistic sector.

Personal skills
• High degree of autonomy, organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at once.
• Creativity, thoroughness and initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Working conditions and benefits

• Permanent full-time position (35 h/week).
• Salary between $37,000 and $42,000 depending on experience.
• Group insurance, pension plan (RRSP), annual vacation and personal days/sick days.
